The Yule Marble Quarry is located 4 miles out of Marble, Colorado, USA

Recently the Junior Girl Scout Troop 357 of Lakewood, Colorado successfully petitioned the Colorado Legislature to have the Yule Marble named the Colorado State Rock.
The Yule Quarry contains what may be the finest white marble in the world. It was used in various projects such as the Lincoln Memorial and Tomb of the Unknowns in Washington DC, the Immaculate Cathedral and Colorado State Museum. It is still available for landscaping and architectural purposes. Recently a piece of marble 11.5 foot by 9.5 foot by 6.25 foot was used to sculpt a life size grizzle bear with three cubs.
